The Planning Board consists of seven appointed, unpaid members and meets on the first and third Thursdays of each month. Workshops are sometimes held on the fifth Thursday of months which have five
Thursdays. Meetings and Workshops are held at 7:00 PM in the main room of the Town Office Building at 45 Comeau Drive, Woodstock. All meetings and workshops are
open to the public. Agendas are posted on the Meetings Calendar which can be accessed from this website..

Subdivision, Site Plan Review (SPR) and Special Use Permit (SUP) applications are available in the office or can be downloaded by visiting the FORMS PAGE Once you have completed your application, please make an appointment with the Planning
Specialist/Clerk for review. We do not have the capability to accept completed applications via the Internet. Please do not email completed applications to the Planning Board or any other town office. The Woodsotck Planning Board encourages the public to submit written commentary to the Board on all cases currently under review. Please note, though, that unsigned
letters will not be copied to the Board Members. Thank you. |
